What is the return policy?
Our Return Policy
Purchases made AFTER June 11th, 2025:
Refunds are only issued under limited circumstances and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of the conditions outlined below. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- A product or service was not delivered as promised due to an error on our part.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- The request is made within 1 day of purchase and meets the criteria for refund eligibility.
To request a refund, you must submit a written request including proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue to admin@coastmountaincollective.ca. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note: Change of mind, user error, or dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., personal preferences or third-party issues) do not qualify for a refund."

If you selected ReturnGUARD at checkout, your return shipping is covered! Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please initiate a return using the return portal linked in your receipt.
