At 24 I have grown into a life of movement and outdoor connection through sport. I competed in Boulder and Lead disciplines of climbing for 8 years and up to a Senior National Team level, all the while bolstering my skillset by working as a route-setter and youth coach. My energy for climbing stems from a curiosity towards human movement, creativity and individualism. Since then I have shifted focus to an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, and this change of pace has allowed me to explore many different outdoor pursuits here on Vancouver Island. I am looking forward to getting out amongst the stone this year, to redevelop my relationship with outdoor climbing. I am keen to build skills that will allow me to reach some of the incredible alpine terrain we have in BC. The mountains afford space for challenge and coalescence of experiences which satisfy the multitude of outdoor sport hobbies I have picked up. My aim as an athlete and community member is to share meaningful reflections of my experience and encourage others to challenge themselves in their own ways.

These days I favour the Flagship for its versatility and comfort, but the TNpro has a special place in my heart when it comes to standing on sweet nothings in comp boulders, and the yellow colour is killer.
